We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for all customers (UK, EU, and USA).
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at mcrpetportraits@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and reason for return.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping fee: £7.00 flat rate
- Damaged or Defective Items: We will waive the return shipping fee and cover all costs
- Wrong Item Sent: We will cover all return shipping costs
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
- The restocking fee is waived for damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent items
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
EU Consumer Rights
EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer protection laws. The restocking fee and return shipping fee still apply unless the item is damaged or defective.
International Returns
For international orders (including USA and EU), customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process.
